Before allowing its use, the owner would like information about the qualifications of those in command and their ability to navigate in Bermuda. Alternatively, he will help secure the services of a captain/assistant, at additional expense, who could leave guests alone on the vessel at night when the vessel isn't being sailed. The only time of year for which it is consistently unavailable is around Christmas time.
