This beautiful property consists of lush gardens and a large building which has been converted into two self-contained apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on the second floor. Both apartments are bright and invigorating offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the tranquil life that is Carabao Island. The second floor apartment has a balcony with the most stunning ocean views and is a great area to sit and relax and take in the breezy sea air. Both apartments have access to the sun terrace at the top of the property, which is a beautiful area designed perfectly to encompass light and shade in equal proportion. Villamer is built to a very high standard and is the perfect dwelling for anyone who wishes to enjoy life in the sun on a tropical island, especially an island that is only a 10 minute speed boat ride away from Boracay. Guests can reserve one or both apartments. The ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a nice bathroom and an open kitchen and living area. The second floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds and one of the bedrooms has direct access to the balustrade at the back side of the building. There is a bathroom, an open kitchen, dining, living area, with direct access to the veranda in front. The third bathroom is located by the roof top terrace. The owner of VillaMer also has 2 boats which are available for cruises or for pick up/drop off service for an additional charge. Staff is on hand to clean, cook, do laundry, take you on trips, transport you to where you want to go, take you on a tourist adventure around Boracay Island. Towels and linens are changed and the apartments are cleaned twice a week. VillaMer is surrounded by beautiful gardens, a small water feature area, a large outer building for sitting in the shade or cleaning the boats, storage, etc. At the beachfront there are cabana style sitting / relaxing areas where you can watch the evening sunsets and enjoy strolls or exercise along the seafront. The front of the property can be accessed from the Island road, and has space for parking motorcycle, mountain bikes etc. For those interested there are some great mountain bike trails in the area. The entrance at the rear of the property can be accessed via the ocean or beach, which lead into the rear garden area and access to both apartments. VillaMer is perfectly located at the best part of Lanas Beach with crystal clear water perfect for swimming, diving, kayaking or other water sports. Carabao Island is a Healthy Lifestyle Island, rich in Filipino culture, a must visit! Carabao Island is surrounded by beaches, some with white powdery sand and some with golden sand and coral mixture, and all have stunning turquoise ocean water! You will always find something to do at one of the beaches and each is unique in its own way. Carabao Island is also surrounded with great scuba diving sites! There is diving for all levels of divers and you can rent equipment on the Island and get certified on the Island. There is also wonderful snorkeling in one of the fish and marine sanctuaries.
