This 10 year old home, located in a quiet residential neighborhood, is designed with Western Red Cedar to accentuate the west coast life style. It has three river rock fireplaces including one in the 300 square foot master bedroom. All 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The main bedroom and upper guest bedroom have queen beds. The lower floor bedroom has two twins which can be converted to a king. The master en-suite has a double Jaccuzzi tub and the family room has a Far infrared sauna. Just behind the chalet is the greenbelt leading to the River of Golden Dreams and the Valley trail. Although located in a residential area it is only five minutes to the ski slopes, the town centre and three golf courses. PLEASE NOTE this home has a self-contained suite with its own entrance which may be occupied by the owner or a tenant who will not interfere with you during your stay in this home. Read less
