It is staffed by a housekeeper who will prepare all your meals, clean the house daily, do your laundry and keep the pool and grounds in top shape. Relax and enjoy yourself! Also, very few comparable villas are designed with such an open air architecture as at La Paila. The large living room boasts no walls so that you are directly connected to the views, breeze and nature! (All four bedrooms are secure and air-conditioned). The Sea View Master Bedroom, located on the ground floor, opens to pool and has 1 king and 1 baby crib. Also on the ground floor, El Dormitorio has 1 queen bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The Upstairs Sea View room has 1 king bed, a balcony and armoire. The Yugo Room is upstairs, has a mountain view, 2 double beds and an armoire. La Paila is very private. For your entertainment it has satellite TV with VCR/DVD, Bose stereo (with Ipod hookup) and free WiFi. BUt you can also laze in the hammock or lounge in the pool! We also have ping pong and backgammon tables and other board games, a volleyball/badminton court, darts and horseshoes! Take the boogie boards with you to the beach or use in the pool! The sunsets are stunning but also look for the Milky Way stretching across the sky, fireballs, green flashes, moon rings and rainbows! Use the villa as a secluded retreat for pure R & R or as a home base for day trips. The daily destination for most?: just five minutes away is the iconic, palm lined, almost 2 mile-long Playa Carrillo (Carrillo beach), a certified 'blue flag' beach of Costa Rica (means it is safe and clean)! It offers unparalleled beach strolls, jogging, swimming and sea shelling. Horseback riding is available on several beaches. Deep sea fishing for marlin, tuna, swordfish and mahi-mahi. Turtle watching is at nearby Playa Grande and Playa Langosta. Snorkeling. Zip lining through jungle canopies. Surfing. Dine out in nearby Samara at numerous fine but casual restaurants.
