The team behind the Z hotel, Zanzibar and Crashpads, Shoreditch bring you a new collection of 6 boutique high end loft apartments in central Shoreditch. Situated just seconds from Shoreditch house, Shoreditch high street station and next door to the Redchurch Street town house and Redchurch Street, famous for its independent fashion houses and boutiques. Located in a 120 year old former exotic animal warehouse, the lofts were completed in May 2019 after an extensive 18 month extension and refurbishment. Our latest lofts were designed by the renowned Shoreditch based architects, Patalab. All our lofts are furnished with high end modern hand selected pieces with some vintage originals. Our 3 mini-loft apartments are approx. 38 sq metres. They are situated to the front of our warehouse building and each comes with 3 large Victorian sash windows letting in lots of light. All windows are fully double glazed and soundproof. These uber stylish apartments have recently been refurbished to a standard normally seen in 5 star hotels. The lofts are decorated with modern pieces by furniture makers Swoon, Habitat and Heals of London and all have wallpaper by House of Hackney. The bathrooms are tiled top to toe with industrial Victorian style tiles and kitted out with matt black fixtures and fittings. The bespoke kitchens have stonework surfaces, German appliances and all come with Nespresso coffee machines.
