4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house located in a charming and secure complex in the center of Antigua Guatemala. The house is spacious and luxurious with a fireplace in the living room, an amazing interior terrace with a gas fireplace, and a flat fountain for added charm and ambiance. The family room on the second floor has a terrace that affords guests a fantastic view of the volcanoes. The entire home is tastefully decorated, and every piece of art and furniture in the house was chosen with great care. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have mezzanines with single beds, so it can easily accommodate 10 people. In total, there is one king bed, two queen beds, one double bed, and two single beds. All bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook wonderful meals, and it opens to a fantastic enclosed terrace where you can enjoy a meal. Please note that our two cats share our house with our guests. Fully equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, espresso machine, etc. Antigua is a charming little town and a UNESCO World Heritage site with great restaurants, spas, yoga classes, etc. It is also home to a lot of Spanish schools and excellent salsa lessons, too! You can visit the whole country from Antigua since it is Guatemala's tourist hub. We are about 2 hours from the Pacific and its black sand beach. From the house's terrace, we can observe 4 volcanoes, 2 of which are still active! Really amazing! Everything is within walking distance from the house as it is centrally located yet, very quiet.
