Established in 1991 (in the same week the World Wide Web became publicly available), Trade to Travel was the first vacation home exchange as well as the first luxury home exchange, boutique hotel exchange, and non-reciprocal exchange for owners of luxury properties (also known as points exchange). We are the ONLY exchange whose members are able to enjoy private islands and megayachts on a trade basis.
Owners of many of the world's most outstanding hotels have been members for decades. The visionary owner/proprietor of Lumley Castle in England has been a member since 1992. Before most people ever heard of the internet, and before we did any advertising, he somehow heard about TTT through the grapevine when word-of-mouth crossed the Atlantic and he called to say, "I hear you ladies have a great idea."
