For our friends within Trade to Travel, let's have a moment to be real: This is not the fanciest place you will ever stay. But the price is right and the location is great. We recently cleaned it up quite a bit, with new carpet, paint, furniture, and more. In the summer, you are steps from the lake in Avon. Rent a paddleboard, walk over to The Westin for cocktails, or several restaurants also walking distance. In the winter, catch the town bus to The Westin, get on the gondola from there, avoid the lines. Live like a local. Please note, there is only space for one vehicle - don't ask us for more, there aren't any more. The parking space is reserved for you, there is no garage.
