Our architecturally designed house was completed in 2024 and is the perfect oasis for your next adventure. Nestled on top of a hill overlooking Tallows Beach, it has everything you will need for your family vacation. An easy walk into town or a short ride on an e-bike, you are right in the center of all of the action and close to Byron’s best beaches.

The newly constructed house is family-friendly with 6 bedrooms and ample room for 1 or 2 families. On the top floor you will find the master suite which consists of a King Bed and ensuite including a bath and double shower. The master suite looks over a lush roof top garden equipped with a yoga deck for an early morning meditation or yoga session. Freshen up with an outdoor shower after your yoga session.

The kids wing has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds while Bedroom 4 has a King Single + a trundle.

The mid-level of the house has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and casual dining table that opens up onto an internal garden making you feel you are in your own oasis. Step outside to the outdoor entertaining area including an outdoor fireplace and sitting area, a BBQ area and a beautiful outdoor dining table that seats 16.

On the lower level there is a rumpus room, laundry and guest room that consists of bunks: 2 Queen beds + 2 King Singles on top (Top Bunks are suitable for kids only). The guest room opens up onto the grassy backyard where you will find steps leading you down to the pool area. 

Other amenities include a heated natural swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, Swedish sauna and a cold plunge for all of your wellness needs. We are located right in the heart of Byron Bay with easy access to delicious restaurants, cute shops and all of the amazing beaches and surf breaks just a few minutes away. The décor and luxury finishes complement the beautiful feel of this property. You will feel like you are on retreat the whole time with beautiful indoor/outdoor living. 

We have a car that you can use to explore Byron Bay and surrounds, as well as 2 e-bikes, surfboards, mountain bikes and skateboards. We have young kids so toys are available to use as well. Everything you could possibly need for an incredible stay in Byron Bay.
