The building from 1903  is particularly on the very top of St. Hanshaugen, one of Oslos biggest parks. 
The apartment is totally renovated in 2020. Well equipped. Close to Oslo University, Ullevål Hospital, Vigelandsparken, mini golf and the shopping street Bogstadveien. Bus 37 goes every 5 minute to city center and the tram likewise.

Situated on a high level we have sun from early morning until late night. 
The 186 m² space has a roof hight of 3.50 and gives a stately and historical feeling. Former Prime Minister Trygve Brateli of Norway lived in this historical building. 
The spacious living- and dining room is modern decorated with a blend of old and new furniture. The large kitchen, with a dining table, is fully equipped and has two stoves, filter coffee machine, dishwashing machine, refrigerator and freezer.
The four bedrooms have comfortable beds, two double and two single. We also have a baby crib if needed and an extra living room with a sofa. 
Two modern bathroom. One has, besides the toilet and sink, a separate jacuzzi and shower, heated floor, and many shelves for storage.

A lovely flat just above St. Hanshaugen Park. It is on the border of St.Hanshaugen, safely nestled away from the tourist hustle and traffic, close to the spectacular park. A slightly longer walk brings you to the fabulous shopping in Bogstadveien or Grunerløkka where the hipsters live and enjoy themselves at the many restaurants.
