Light and airy, with skylights and A/C in each bedroom and fans throughout, this exotic home is a blend of traditional "Joglo" architecture (beautifully carved teakwood columns and architectural details) and Eurasian-modern, with custom-made furnishings, artistic touches, and the relaxing sound of water features in every corner of the gated property. My home is part of a 16-villa Community and enjoys 24-hour security, a large and well-appointed Common Area with half-size Olympic saltwater swimming pool, gym, lawn for raquet sports, and Community meeting/dining/kitchen area. Centrally located (10 minutes motorbike ride or 30 minute walk to the town center), there are many health-oriented eateries within a 10 minute walk. My home is perfect for a mature couple, or small group of friends (please, NO children under 12), and has 3 bedrooms (two queen and one king latex-mattress beds) and 3 bathrooms (one with jacuzzi and far-infrared sauna), separate office areas for each bedroom, one den with large screen TV, one large and one small covered dining area and one outdoor dining table, two outdoor lounges, a galley-style kitchen, exercise/yoga deck with rebounder trampoline and weights, hi-speed wifi, and a beautiful tropical garden with several koi ponds. It is fully staffed with a half-time maid/cook, gardener and two lovely Siamese/mix longhair cats who provide snuggles (if desired) and pest-control. Car and motorbike taxi service is available within a few minutes via local apps, or through our Community Security. Rooms are regularly ozonated to keep them mold and allergen-free, laundry service is available for a fee. Staff tips are appreciated. This property is multi-level and is not suitable for mobility-impaired guests.
